QATAR ROCKED BY LABOR RIOTS

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Qatar has sought to quell unrest by thousands of Araband Asian laborers. Many of the laborers were involved in clashes with police and amongthemselves. Thousands of them launched a strike over unpaid salaries bycompanies in the emirate.
