ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey's deputy military commander has been accused ofestablishing a secret force to battle Kurdish insurgents. Turkish Deputy Chief of Staff Gen. Yasar Buyukanit has been accused ofestablishing and overseeing a secret unit to battle the Kurdistan WorkersParty. A prosecutor and parliamentarians have called for aninvestigation into the charges.
