ISRAEL, FRANCE TO DEVELOP UGV

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel and France have agreed to develop unmanned air andground platforms. The state-owned Israel Aircraft Industries has signed an agreement withFrance's CS Communication & Syst?mes for joint ventures in the developmentof unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned ground vehicles. Under theagreement, IAI would develop platforms and CS would design and integratecommand and control information systems.
