Musharraf's Departure Signals End To Israeli Ties

The Israeli Foreign Ministry has determined that Musharraf was the
leading advocate of Pakistani relations with the Jewish state. The ministry
said Musharraf, opposed by many in the military and intelligence community,
met senior Israeli officials and American Jewish leaders.
