HAMAS WEAPONS TO JORDAN LINKED TO PA DEPUTIES

LONDON [MENL] -- Jordan has determined that five Palestinian legislatorshave been helping Hamas smuggle weapons into the Hashemite kingdom. Jordanian security sources said five members of the PalestinianLegislative Council were found to have helped procure and smuggle rocketlaunchers, automatic weapons and ammunition into Jordan. The sources saidthe legislators employed their connections to procure the weapons andtransport them to the kingdom.
