JORDAN PLANS TO LAUNCH NUCLEAR FACILITY

AMMAN [MENL] -- Jordan plans to launch construction of a facility totrain Arab scientists in nuclear research. Officials said a ceremony will be held on Monday for the laying of thecornerstone to a $60 million nuclear research and training center. Thecenter, sponsored by the United Nations and equipped by Germany, will belocated in the Amman area.
