WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Bush administration has been warned that minimizingNorth Korea's nuclear threat could lead to that country exporting nuclearcomponents and technology to its clients in the Middle East. The administration was urged to focus on North Korea's nuclearcapabilities even in the absence of a U.S. war option against Pyongyang.
