ISRAEL PLEDGES TO MAINTAIN SPACE PROGRAM

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has pledged to maintain its space program in wakeof the destruction of the Columbia space shuttle. The U.S. shuttle contained the first Israeli sent into space.
