SUICIDE BOMBER ATTACKS IN ISRAEL; 15 DEAD

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- A suicide bomber attacked a crowded bus in the northernIsraeli city of Haifa, killing 15 people and injuring about 40 others. It was the first suicide bombing in Israel since January. Officials saidsecurity authorities have been on alert for weeks for a Palestinian suicideattack.
