QATAR, U.S. HOLD COUNTER-TERROR TALKS

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Qatar and the United States have discussed cooperationagainst Al Qaida and aligned groups. Officials said the discussions took place on Wednesday between seniorofficials from both countries. The dialogue was held in Washington duringthe visit of Qatari Interior Minister Hamad Bin Nasser Bin Jassim Al Thani.
