PA SECURITY SERVICES FALL IN DISREPAIR

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The security agencies of the Palestinian Authority havebeen steadily deteriorating. Palestinian sources said security agencies responsible for the West Bankare on the verge of collapse. They said commanders have not been providedwith clear orders by PA Chairman Yasser Arafat while discipline is poor andsalaries remain uncertain.
