Boeing Details Saudi Radar Project

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A major U.S. defense contractor has provided details of
its radar modernization program for Saudi Arabia.
Boeing said it would conduct a review of airborne radar assets for the
Royal Saudi Air Force. Executives said the review would mark the first stage
of a $42 million project to upgrade the fleet of five E-3A Airborne Warning
and Control System, or AWACS, aircraft.
