Denmark Takes Command Of Gulf Naval Force

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Denmark has assumed command of a Western-led naval task
force in the Gulf.
The Royal Danish Navy took over command of Combined Task Force 150 on
Sept. 15. CTF-150, established in 2002, was comprised of 15 countries that
patrol the Gulf, Arabian Sea, Red Sea and surrounding region. The countries
do not include Gulf Cooperation Council states.
