U.S. Could Leave Egypt In The Cold

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States was expected to marginalize Egypt in
future arms sales.
Administration sources said U.S. policy under any next administration
would focus on protecting Gulf Arab allies. The sources said this would mean
massive U.S. arms sales and training for such countries as Kuwait, Qatar,
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
