L-M COMPLETES $1.45B IN ISRAELI OFFSETS

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Lockheed Martin has completed a $1.45 billion offsetprogram in Israel linked to the air force procurement of the F-16I. Lockheed Martin said its F-16I offset program was completed within fiveyears of the signing of the multi-role fighter contract. Executives said theprogram allowed the company 12 years to complete the offset program.
