IRAQI MILITARY FIRMS HIRE MIDEAST SOLDIERS

LONDON [MENL] -- Foreign military contractors in Iraq have been hiring arange of former soldiers from Middle East militaries. A report by the British American Security Information Council assertedthat private military companies in Iraq have employed Algerian and Israelinationals to protect vital Iraqi facilities and help the U.S.-led coalition.The report said the Middle East nationals have been attracted by salaries ofmore than $130,000 a year.
