AL QAIDA TURNS TO CASH

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Oman and the United Arab Emirates have signed anagreement to link the two countries via a natural gas pipeline The two Gulf Cooperation Council states have agreed to a 45-kilometergas pipeline that would relay Omani gas to the UAE. Under the deal, Omanwould supply 135 million cubic feet of gas per day to Dolphin Energy Ltd.,responsible for the distribution of gas throughout the region.
