KUWAIT SEEKS 7 OIL TANKERS

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has been negotiating for the procurement of sevennew oil tankers as part of the sheikdom's drive to increase exports. The state-owned Kuwait Oil Tankers Co. has sought seven tankers in adeal estimated at nearly $1.5 billion. Two of the seven tankers wouldtransport liquified natural gas.
