EGYPT PLANS TO ESTABLISH HMMWV FACILITY

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States plans to help Egypt's militaryestablish a facility for the repair of its combat vehicle fleet. U.S. officials said the Bush administration has approved DefenseDepartment help for Egypt to expand its defense industry by establishingfacilities required for the maintenance and repair of Egypt's fleet of highmobility multipurpose wheeled vehicles.
