Northrop Targets GCC For Military Radars

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- A U.S. defense major has targeted Gulf Arab states for
the growing market in airborne radar.
Northrop Grumman has been briefing Gulf Cooperation Council states on
its airborne early-warning and alert platforms and upgrades. Executives said
a key target has been the United Arab Emirates, which has been examining a
Northrop AEW platform for nearly a decade.
