Fatah Decides On New War In W. Bank

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The Fatah movement was said to have decided to launch
another war against Israel.
Palestinian sources said the Fatah Central Committee has been promoting
plans for massive unrest in the West Bank in 2010. The sources said many
members of the committee, which sets Fatah policy, regarded civil unrest as
the first stage of another "intifada," or uprising, against Israel.
