Israeli Subsidiary Acquires U.S. Company

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A subsidiary of a leading Israeli defense company has
taken over a U.S. firm.
Elbit Systems of America, a subsidiary of Israel's Elbit Systems, has
acquired Innovative Concepts from Herley Industries. Executives said
Innovative Concepts was bought for $15 million as part of Elbit's drive to
expand its presence in the U.S. homeland security market.
