Al Qaida Teaches Intel On-Line

LONDON [MENL] -- Al Qaida has been engaged in on-line training for potential
recruits in the areas of intelligence, bomb production and combat skills.
Al Qaida has produced the first edition of its new English-language
magazine packed with instructions on how to stage insurgency strikes. The
magazine, called "Inspire," was released on July 11 by the Al Qaida in the
Arabian Peninsula, which covers Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
