Iran Uses Humanitarian Shipments To Aid Proxies

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iran has been relaying financial support to its
insurgency proxies under the guise of humanitarian aid.
The U.S. Congress has been told that Iran was relaying funds to Hamas
and Islamic Jihad under the guise of food and other humanitarian aid
shipments. A leading analyst said the aid was transferred to the Iranian
proxies in the Gaza Strip in cooperation with Western agencies.
