Morocco Orders EW For F-16s

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Morocco has ordered electronic warfare suites for its
F-16 multi-role fighter fleet.
Morocco has selected Raytheon to provide its EW suite for 24 F-16 Block
52+ aircraft for the Royal Moroccan Air Force. Raytheon's EW suite was
identified as ACES, said to consist of a radar warning receiver, digital
jammer and chaff-flare dispenser.
"ACES will provide the Royal Moroccan Air Force with an advanced
integrated electronic warfare suite for enhanced situational awareness and
survivability," said Roy Azevedo, deputy vice president for Raytheon's
Tactical Airborne Systems mission area.
