Israel Establishes NBC Battalion

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- The Israeli military has established its first
non-conventional combat battalion.
The Israel Army, in an effort to prepare for the next war, has launched
its first nuclear, biological and chemical combat battalion. The new NBC
battalion, announced on Dec. 16, participated in an exercise designed to
ensure combat operations during a non-conventional weapons attack.
