China, Russia Help Iranian Weapons

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- China and Russia have been helping Iran develop
strategic weapons, a report said.
A report in the Middle East Quarterly asserted that Beijing and Moscow
have been quietly assisting Iran's missile and nuclear programs. The report,
authored by George Simpson, a professor at High Point University, said
Moscow could be providing technology for Teheran's intercontinental
ballistic missile program.
