Iran, Turkey Vy For Arab World

JERUSALEM [MENL] -- Iran and Turkey are pitted in a battle for influence in
the Arab world, a report said.
The report by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs asserted that Iran
and Turkey were vying for control over the Middle East. The report by former
U.S. defense official Harold Rhode said Turkey sought to represent the Sunni
majority in the Middle East while Iran was focusing on the Shi'ites.
