U.S. Urged To Build PA Judiciary
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has again been urged to augment
security assistance by developing a judiciary for the Palestinian Authority.
The State Department's inspector-general has recommended a revision of
the U.S. security assistance program to the PA. In a report, the
inspector-general said the U.S. security coordinator for Israel and the
West Bank, Lt. Gen. Michael Moeller, was correcting "past failures"
and coordinating with other American government agencies.
