PA Helps Israel In Gaza Intel

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The Palestinian Authority has supplied Israel's military
information on Hamas facilities and operatives in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources said PA intelligence officials worked with Israel's
military and the Israel Security Agency on the eve of Operation Cast Lead.
The sources said the PA officials relayed information on Hamas tunnels,
weapons arsenals, bunkers and senior operatives throughout the Gaza Strip.
"The PA maintains a significant intelligence presence in the Gaza Strip,
and this was used for the Israeli operation," a Palestinian source close to
the effort said.
