Kuwait Warns Of Iranian Nuke Disaster
ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has again warned of a regional nuclear disaster
from neighboring Iran.
A leading strategist close to the Kuwaiti leadership has assessed that
the Gulf region could be struck by what he termed an "inconceivable
scenario" from Iran's Bushehr nuclear energy reactor. Sami Al Faraj,
chairman of the state-supported Kuwait Center for Strategic Studies, said
the 1,000 megawatt Bushehr was located in an area vulnerable to massive
earthquakes.
