Turkey Launches Defense Tech Center

ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey has launched a project to build a defense technology
center.
Officials said the technology center, called Teknopark Istanbul, would
house much of the nation's defense industry. They said the
700,000-square-meter center, sponsored by Turkey's Defense Industry
Secretariat, or SSM, would focus on research and defense.
