Govt. Confronts Libyan Militias

CAIRO [MENL] -- Libya's new interim government has decided on a showdown
with the powerful militias of the North African country.
The government ordered the removal of all militias from the Libyan
capital of Tripoli. Officials said the militias have until Dec. 20 to leave
the city or face the new military.
