Iran Supplies Subs To Syria

LONDON [MENL] -- Iran has supplied naval submarines to Syria.
Western intelligence sources said the Teheran regime sent at least three
miniature submarines to Syria in the fall of 2011. They said the submarines
have been deployed by the Syrian Navy for underwater reconnaissance
operations in the eastern Mediterranean amid threats by neighboring Turkey.
