Tunisia Seeks U.S. Military Aid

CAIRO [MENL] -- Tunisia has urged the United States for additional military
assistance and equipment.
Officials said the new government in Tunisia has been discussing the
prospect of additional U.S. military aid over the next year. They said the
Islamist-dominated government in Tunis has been meeting U.S. diplomats as
well as leading members of Congress.
