Israeli UAV Exceeds Most In U.S. Military

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- An Israeli-origin unmanned aerial vehicle has exceeded
most other platforms in the U.S. military, a report said.
The Congressional Research Service said the Hunter UAV, developed and
produced by the state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries, was more reliable
than virtually every other unmanned platform in the U.S. military. CRS said
Hunter encountered 47 major accidents every 10,000 per hours, the second
lowest in the military.
