Hizbullah Expands Ops To S.E. Asia

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah has expanded operations
throughout Asia, a report said.
The Washington Institute for Near East Policy asserted that Hizbullah
was sending operatives from headquarters in Lebanon to southeast Asia. In a
report by former FBI analyst Matthew Levitt, the institute cited foiled
Hizbullah operations, believed aided by Teheran, in Australia, Philippines,
Thailand and other regional states.
