Boeing, IAI Expand BMD Accord

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Defense majors in Israel and the United States have
expanded a ballistic missile defense agreement.
Boeing and Israel Aerospace Industries said they would expand their
agreement for the production of the Arrow missile defense system. Boeing has
been producing about 50 percent of the Arrow-2 interceptor in an arrangement
financed by U.S. military aid to Israel.
