U.S. Presses Iraq On Mil Talks

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has been pressing Iraq to renew
military cooperation talks.
Officials said the Defense Department has been discussing a schedule for
defense and military cooperation talks with Baghdad in 2012. They said the
Pentagon wanted the talks to begin by April as part of an effort to expand
U.S. training for the Iraqi military.
