Hamas Finances W. Bank Network

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- Hamas has received tens of millions of dollars to revive
its operational network in the West Bank.
Palestinian sources said Hamas was using the funds to recruit
operatives, particularly those released in the prisoner exchange with Israel
in October 2011. They said Hamas wanted to use the released detainees for
their skills in organizing sleeper and operational cells as well as a
campaign against the Israeli presence in the West Bank.
