AQI Said To Decentralize
BAGHDAD [MENL] -- Al Qaida's network has been decentralized in wake of the
U.S. military withdrawal from Iraq.
Officials said the scaled-down Islamic insurgency network has
established autonomous commands in at least three provinces in Iraq. They
said AQI reassigned many of its operatives from Mosul to such provinces
as Anbar, Diyala and Salah Eddin.
