TEL AVIV [MENL] -- The Israel Army has reported the deployment of two
advanced systems.
The military said the army's Southern Command has incorporated
state-of-the-art systems and components to enhance protection of main battle
tanks against missiles and rockets fired from Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
The deployment began in early 2012 amid the bolstering of the Hamas regime
and its Palestinian militia allies, which usually targets civilians.
