Western Sanctions On Assad Symbolic

LONDON [MENL] -- Western sanctions on the regime of President Bashar Assad
have turned symbolic.
Western diplomats agreed that the European Union and United States have
run out of targets for sanctions on the Assad regime. They said the regime
has been cut off from most Western suppliers and was using China and Iran
for imports.
