U.S. Nearly Ends PA Security Training

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has been approaching the completion
of a major security training program for the Palestinian Authority.
The Congressional Research Service said the State Department has
overseen the training of the lion's share of a key PA security agency. The
program by the State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law
Enforcement Affairs and U.S. Security Coordinator to train the National
Security Forces was expected to be completed over the next year.
