U.S. Army Sees Bonanza In Gulf
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The U.S. Army has determined a major economic
opportunity in Gulf Cooperation Council states.
Officials said Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates would reap
significant revenues for the U.S. military over the next five years. They
said the U.S. Army would oversee major weapons transfers to the two GCC
states under the Foreign Military Sales program.
