House OKs $1b For Israel BMD

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Congress has been examining defense legislation that
called on the United States to relay nearly $1 billion for Israel's
ballistic missile defense programs.
The House Appropriations Committee has issued legislation for a $608
billion defense bill. The legislation included nearly $948.6 million for a
range of Israeli BMD programs, including the new Iron Dome and David's
Sling.
