Military Is Winner In Hamas Elections

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Hamas's military wing has been the winner in
elections for the Palestinian Islamist leadership, a report said.
The Washington Institute for Near East Policy asserted that Izzedin
Kassem Brigades marked the biggest winner in Hamas elections in 2012. In a
report by Israeli analyst Ehud Yaari, the institute cited a boost for
military commanders, particularly Hamas chief of staff Ahmed Jabari.
