GCC Fails To Exploit Advanced Arms
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The conventional capabilities of Iran and neighboring
Arab states were not expected to decide any Gulf war, a report said.
The Center for Strategic and International Studies said the conventional
capabilities of Iran and its Gulf Cooperation Council adversaries have not
determined the balance of power in the region. In a report, CSIS asserted
that although Iran could not match the GCC's modern militaries, the latter
lacked basic experience in warfare.
