Hamas Int. Min. Leads Militia

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's intelligence community has determined that Hamas
leaders were forming private militias.
Israeli sources said the intelligence community has detected the
establishment of militias by leading members of Hamas. They said the
militias were meant to bolster personal protection and influence as well as
conduct so-called black operations in the Gaza Strip and against Israel.
