PA Chief Said To Die Of Leukemia

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has determined that Palestinian Authority Chairman
Yasser Arafat died from poor treatment received in France for leukemia in
2004.
An Israeli intelligence report determined that Arafat was dying of
leukemia when he was taken to a Paris hospital in October 2004. The report,
details of which were released amid a PA decision to reopen the case, said
Arafat went into shock from a massive blood transfusion that led to his
death on Nov. 11, 2004.
